We engage in stream and watershed restoration efforts at the grass roots level, and support the State and National TU organizations in their educational and legislative activities.
Our restoration efforts are focused on both distant waters (such as Silver King Creek - pictured here) and local waters, like Lagunitas
Creek in West Marin County, where we endeavor to repair habitat and improve stocks of Coho salmon. Lagunitas Creek is estimated to contain
500 spawning Coho salmon, or 10% of California's remaining Coho population. This critical stock
continues to grow under our care.
